Thank you for today. I offer it back to You as a happy present from me. It’s simple, but I give it back to You as a gift- knowing that I gave my best in it, knowing that I lived it to fulfill what you set out for me to do. <3

When I went home today, the bridge connecting to my side of the town was closed because it was under repair. It was a blessing in disguise, because it was a brief moment of serenity for me. From feeling weary and sleepy, it woke me up and made me smile. Made me appreciate something I’d usually take for granted- an ordinary miracle.
